What type of meals do you prepare or cook? +
The meals range from healthy, hot main meals, a salad or a sandwich and snack. Main meals may consist of a casserole or simply meat or fish, potatoes and vegetables. Where requested certain meals can be prepared and a portion frozen, a healthy home-made 'ready meal' for any other days you don't feel like cooking for yourself. Most importantly, you must state your likes and dislikes together with any food intolerance.
